Notice of Illegal Content (Art. 16 DSA)

Users and other parties may report suspected illegal content related to the Service (e.g., user-generated content, messages processed by the bot) by sending an electronic notice to [email protected]. A valid notice should include: (a) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal, (b) a clear indication of the exact electronic location of the content (e.g., a Discord server ID and message link), (c) the name and email address of the notifying party (unless the content concerns Art. 3 lit. g of Directive 2011/93/EU), and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete. We will process valid notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner.
